مقدمه:
تولید ضایعات و پسماندهای جامد از جمله مشکلات واحد های صنعتی به شمار می آید و آنچه حائز اهمیت است شیوه برخورد با این ضایعات می باشد.چنانچه برنامه ویژه ای بدین منظور تهیه و اجرا نگردد ، انباشتگی ضایعات که عمدتاً از نوع فلزی می باشند علاوه بر اتلاف سرمایه باعث آلودگی محیط زیست و منظره نامطلوب محیط کار خواهد شد.
انواع ضایعات صنعتی شرکت:
با توجه به ماهیت کاری شرکت که ساخت انبار یدکی و مصرفی ناحیه سبا می باشد، عمدتاً ضایعات ناشی از فعاليت به شرح ذيل مي باشد :
ضایعات فلزی مثل پلیت و نبشی ، ته الکترود، پلیسه ،صفحه سنگ ، بست ،سیم ، کابل،سوکت، ،سیم بکسل ، قطعات تعویضی( برقی و …) ، پارچه های تنظیف،ظروف غذا و… می باشد.
مراحل دفع ضایعات:
1- تعیین محل جمع آوری ضایعات توسط سرپرست کارگاه و مسئول ایمنی و بهداشت در سطح سایت
2- انتقال ضایعات به محل تعیین شده توسط کارگر مربوطه (سطل زباله های موجود در سطح سایت )
- اقلام مصرفی : کلیه اقلام مصرفی مانند ته الکترود،صفحه سنگ ، پلیت و ………. توسط کارگر مربوطه به جایگاههای مشخص شده در سطح سایت انتقال داده می شود.
- وسایل حفاظت فردی : در طول شیفت کاری یا پایان شیفت ، تحویل انباردار داده می شود ، که داخل نایلون های ضخیم جمع آوری می گردد سپس به حجم مشخصی که رسید توسط خودرو خدمات شهری سبا از محدوده کارگاهی خارج می گردد.
